We had an unforgettable stay at this luxury hotel. From the moment we entered, we were amazed by the stunning interior and excellent hotel facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, from the sparkling lobby to the perfectly clean bedroom. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes.

If you're a foodie, you'll appreciate the tasty cocktails at the classy bar, excellent lunch at The Drawing Room, and great dinner options at L'Envol. The room's spacious layout, heavenly bed, and plentiful amenities are perfect for a comfortable stay.

Some guests experienced loud motorized window coverings which could be bothersome.

The hotel’s service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff always happy to help. The bed and pillows were heavenly, making for a comfortable stay. the room amenities were plenty, including a well-decorated and spacious layout.

The closet size in the room was relatively small compared to the room's size, which was inconvenient for storage. the pool was a bit small, and it could get crowded during the day.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect. The luxurious amenities provided made me feel truly spoiled - from the plush bedding to the ample in-room amenities. The service was top-notch, with smart and attentive check-in staff who made me feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the special diet menus at the restaurant, which catered to my specific needs. The Spa and wellness centre was a true highlight, with a fantastic full body massage that left me feeling completely relaxed.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the motorized window coverings in the room, which were a bit loud and disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The view from the window was breathtaking, and the room had a nice smell. We also enjoyed the softness of the towels, as well as the high-quality sheets on the bed. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was nice to have a variety of amenities available, including a fitness center and spa.

Our stay was not perfect. One of the chairs in the room was broken, and it took a long time for someone to come and fix it.
